Mechanical engineering is our specialty. Ferrotech from Łódź is an enterprise that has been present on the market for many years. Our offer also includes welding services. We weld based on electrical methods, using MIG 131/13 and TIG 141 techniques. We weld various types of metals, and our main products include pipelines, grippers and buckets of specialized machines, and loader buckets. We also deal with welding of steel structures. We provide you with not only qualified staff, but also professional welding facilities. We offer comprehensive welding services – from design, through execution and tests, to possible corrections and modifications.
We also deal with metal processing. Using specialized CNC equipment, we cut and bend the material, giving it the desired shape. Numerically controlled machines provide wide production possibilities. CNC plotters and machines allow you to create extremely precise components of larger mechanisms. Thanks to their repeatability, they are perfect for mass production of metal elements, such as parts of specialized machines, but also furniture fittings and traditional tools. Plasma cutting using numerically controlled machines has an accuracy of up to 0.2 mm!
Metal processing is a specialized activity that is worth entrusting to experienced professionals. It should be added that we also provide professional advice and valuable industry tips.
