Roller conveyors - design and production

We design and produceroller conveyors. In practice, it is difficult to imagine a production plant, distribution center or warehouse without this type of installation. The roller conveyors we offer include both automatic systems and self-driven lines. The operation of the former is based on the drive of an electric motor, while the latter function thanks to the force of gravity occurring through the difference in levels of individual installation points and the slight inclination of the treadmill caused by them.

The structure of a typical roller conveyor consists of metal tubes – cylinders rotating around their own axis, a frame in which the tubes are mounted, and legs on which individual sections of the installation stand. Automatic belts are additionally equipped with a drive system, and virtually all installations also have a lock that allows the device to be stopped at a critical moment. The conveyors are also equipped with motion sensors, which enable monitoring of production and warehouse processes. Roller conveyors are perfect for the production of food products, but they are also indispensable equipment for factories producing medicines and cosmetics. But that’s not all. They pass the exam in organizing warehouse facilities, making it easier to receive and issue goods, or unload delivery vehicles.
